This series is for people who have basic kitchen skills and are looking to expand their culinary knowledge. We will help you practice the skills you have already acquired, and inspire you with new and exciting ingredients. Every week we will explore different types of cuisine to expose you to a variety of ethnic ingredients, as well as some local ingredients you may not be familiar with. These classes will help you to feel more confident creating new dishes as well as using all types of ingredients in applications you may not have thought of.
Appetizers and Hors d' Oeuvres
In our first class in our series we are going to create some wonderful appetizers and hors d'oeuvres that are simple and delicious.
Salads and Vegetables
In our next class we will be offering some amazing salads and vegetables from around the world. We want to explore a wide variety of flavors to give you a well rounded tour of tastes and textures.
Meat and Poultry
In week 3 we are going to experiment with poultry and meat. We are going to give you some great new ways to be creative with the same old ingredients along with some new and seductive ones.
Seafood and Shellfish
In week 4 we are going to cook all types of seafood and shellfish. It’s a delicate ingredient to prepare and we are going to teach you some tricks to make sure that your fish dishes always come out great.
Desserts
In week 5 we will finish up with some sensational desserts that are beautiful, easy and tasty. You will be able to dazzle all of your guests with these quick and delicious desserts.
