Bring your favorite car enthusiast to Heritage Square to enjoy an up-close look at several rare and beautifully restored automobiles from the 1900s to the 1950s.
On Saturday, June 7, from 12 to 4 p.m., visitors of all ages may marvel over the engineering and quality of various car styles of the past. Confirmed participants include the Model T Ford Club of America (San Fernando Valley Chapter), the Screenland Model A’s of Culver City, the Harbor Mark Model A Ford Club, and many more. Juxtaposed against the beauty of the historic structures at the museum, the event is an opportunity for lovers of great architecture and historic automobiles to come together.
At the auto show, Heritage Square will debut “Oxy to Princeton: A Road Trip?” This exhibition features a private collection of twenty-one photographs taken during a possible cross-country road trip from Occidental College to Princeton, NJ, circa 1917 by early automobile enthusiast. Features many never before seen images of sites across the United States and Southern California, including recognizable sites such as the Gamble House in Pasadena.
Heritage Square is a living history museum dedicated to telling the story of the development of Los Angeles. The auto show is included in the museum’s admission fee.
