Art of Two Germanys/Cold War Cultures

LACMA presents the first major exhibition in the U.S. to examine the range of art created during the Cold War in Germany. Works by the Autoperforationists, Georg Baselitz, Joseph Beuys, Chargesheimer, Hermann Glockner, Werner Heldt, Anselm Kiefer, Konrad Klapcheck, A.R. Penck, Sigmar Polke, Gerhard Richter, Werner Tubke, Wolf Vostell and others will be on view.
