We recently attended an event in CalState's Golden Eagle Ballroom, and were given very little information re choice of meal (meat, fish, vegetarian - that's it). I chose vegetarian to be on the safe side. IT WAS WONDERFUL! Lovely slices of eggplant with grilled bell pepper, topped with spinach, on a bed of rice with a splash of balsamic vinegar. One of the best meals I've had in a long time -- and I eat out quite often in very nice restaurants! KUDOS TO THE CATERER!
