Friends of the Fireworks 4th of July event

Join friends and family for the third annual Friends of the Fireworks Seaside Lagoon Community Celebration. Daytime events include swimming, entertainment, arts and crafts, an AdventurePlex obstacle course and slide; Mad Science Gasworks Show; performances by the South Bay Drum Circle; Jim Gamble puppet show; and lots more. Enjoy 4th of July favorites from Hennessey’s, Ruby’s Diner, and Silvio’s BBQ. Hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza, salads, BBQ chicken, ribs and tri-tip, plus roasted corn on the cob,grilled sausages and fresh kettle corn
along with full beverage service will be available at the event. Reserved seating will ensure a prime view of the fireworks display synchronized to patriotic and nostalgic music launched form the Redondo Beach pier.
Gates open at 2 p.m. for the daytime activities. The fireworks will be set off at approximately 9:30 p.m. Additional live entertainment will continue until 10:30 p.m.
