This Santa Monica haven around the corner from the Promenade now has a Mon.-Fri. happy hour, replete with DJ. Stellas are $4 while house wines run at $5, same for a Pimm's Cup. The appetizers are perhaps the best deal (all only $5) and all are delish! Try the crispy artichokes, baked mac and cheese and the risotto balls stuffed with Italian cheese and served with garlic aioli. Yum!
